While planning your wedding it can be easy to become jaded, especially when you have your mom, his mom, family and friends giving their opinion. Hello Kitty may not be your dream wedding, but why would you want Princess Diana’s Wedding? It was beautiful – but its been done. The most important thing is to do what makes you and your fiance happy! Look at what makes you smile, what food do you love? What is YOUR style? Its very likely that if you want a taco bar at your wedding your friends and family will love it even if they are saying caviar.

How many times have you gone to a wedding only to wonder “who are these people”? I know you know who they are, but don’t you find it  interesting to see that they hate wine – but that is the only drink served? Be true to yourself – know what you want, but be open to refining it.

The moral of the story people is to be yourself, that is what makes your wedding memorable. If we all have cookie cutter “traditional” weddings how will yours stand out from the many other weddings we will attend in our lives?
